Location: 3-1 Prison of Hope in Tower of Latria
Sage Freke will be imprisoned in one of the cells in Floor
How to unlock cell: His cell could be unlocked with the Special Key
Before entering the fog gate that will lead to the Fool's Idol boss fight, head back towards the bridge. Facing the bridge, head up the tower on the left side and make your way toward the end of the long hallway.
You will find a praying enemy (you have to kill to make the Fool's Idol boss vulnerable). Behind this enemy will be special key.
